The analytical method which is based on measuring the concentration of the optically active substance on the basis of the rotation angle of the surface of light polarisation. This technique also allows to measure the so-called optical purity of enantiomers.
We offer the possibility to perform the following determinations:
- determinations of concentration in optically active substances,
- measurement of the so-called optical purity of enantiomers,
- determinations of the optical rotation of raw materials and medicines (such as, for instance, sugars, antibiotics, painkillers),
- isolation of crystallized substances, analyzing and characterizing optically active elements, kinetics and changes in concentration.
Examinations are performed on the AUTOPOL V polarimeter by Rudolph.
